Our mission

To protect vulnerable habitats and conserve endangered species, whilst enabling travellers to understand their social and environmental impact through adventure and tackle mental health.

It’s said that change can be made when just 3.5% of a community takes action. Therefore, it is our mission to work with 230 schools and colleges in the UK (3.5%) by 2030 to build a more sustainable future, together.

Our educational adventures are thoughtfully designed by our founders, who have tested every trip themselves, to reconnect you as students with the natural world and help you to deepen your understanding of your own social and environmental impact.

Through life-changing and informative expeditions, you will help us to protect endangered habitats, threatened species and diminishing cultures. These are real-world experiences that encourage a deeper level of understanding and curiosity around the importance of conservation.

And from learning about the holistic approach to elephant conservation in Sri Lanka to assisting with marine protection in Thailand or Greece, our diverse selection of educational expeditions means there’s plenty of choice for different age groups and different educational topics.

We’re a B Corp

We wholeheartedly believe that business should be a force for good. To show our commitment to creating positive change through travel we joined the B Corp community back in 2016: we were the first travel B Corp in the UK and one of the first globally!

But we didn't do it to say 'we were first'. We did it because we know there is strength in community. The B Corp leaders share our ethos and the only way to drive change is together. The community shares our values and helps drive the emotion in everything we do: conscious, passionate and kind.

Each adventure we embark on teaches us something new; we’re forever learning. These are the findings and stories we want to share with you. They’re usually scribbled into a notebook whilst watching the sun go down in a remote part of the world before they’re written up for you to enjoy. We hope they’ll inspire and encourage you to join us on our next expedition.
