Travel with Purpose
Flooglebinder is really excited to work on a new project with Deep Tide and the awesome Charlie Granger. If you don't know CG, she is one of the only Yoga teachers in London, qualified in therapeutic yoga and uses a combination of healing therapies as a channel to inner healing, love and acceptance.
Her background in Psychology and MSc in Neuroscience, as well as interests in sustainability, conservation and travel make this a really exciting partnership to not only help people travel with purpose and impact but to go through a journey of self-reflection, development and action.
Working our way through Sri Lanka we'll explore some of the highlights such as Polonnaruwa and Sigirya, visit an incredible elephant research programme and end the trip with some downtime to surf, chill and relax. You'll also work through a guided coaching and development programme which will be split into three phases:
1 - Breakdown (EARTH): it doesn't sound as bad as it reads but this is a really important process. Now you're out of your usual environment, we're going to go back to basics and start to explore what's really happening inside.
2 - Development (WATER AND FIRE): here we're going to start to work on those building blocks and set some strong, solid foundations.
3 - Strategy and Action (SPACE AND AIR): it's incredible when you're in the thick of it, surrounded by beautiful people in beautiful places but what happens when you get home? Here we will work on an action plan to make sure we can achieve what you want to once you get home.
